Refund policy

You have 30 days from the moment you receive your order to request an exchange or a return.

The item must be unworn, in the same condition in which you received it, with its tags and in its original packaging. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange or a return, write to us at info@unodeuno.com with your order number and we will reply within 24-48 hours with the instructions. Items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Size exchanges are free: we send you the new size at no extra cost once we receive the original garment.

Exception: the platinum and diamond ring is handmade to order and, as a piece made specifically for you, can only be returned if it has a manufacturing defect.

Refunds: once we have received and inspected the item we will let you know that it has been approved, and the refund will be issued to your original payment method within a maximum of 14 days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, write to us at info@unodeuno.com straight away and we will sort it out at no cost to you.

United Kingdom: your order is shipped from Spain and returns are sent to our Vigo address above. You have 14 calendar days from delivery to tell us you are cancelling and a further 14 days to send the item back (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). Our 30-day window extends that period, it does not replace it. Return shipping is at your expense unless the item arrives damaged or faulty. Import VAT and customs duties you have paid are not refunded by us: you can reclaim them from HMRC with proof of the return. Mark the parcel as Returned goods to avoid new charges on re-importation.
