Shipping policy

All orders are prepared and dispatched from our workshop in Vigo (Pontevedra, Spain). We prepare orders Monday to Friday: orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday go out on the next working day.

SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES

United Kingdom: Standard £9 · Express £19. Approximate delivery in 6-7 working days. Orders to the United Kingdom are charged in pounds sterling (GBP); the exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Free standard shipping on orders of 50 € or more and free express shipping on orders of 100 € or more. In the United Kingdom these thresholds apply to the equivalent amount in pounds sterling.

In the United Kingdom you are charged in pounds sterling and the exact amount is applied at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and start from the moment the order leaves the workshop, not from the moment of purchase.

TRACKING

When your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking information.

CUSTOMS AND TAXES

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties and import VAT. These amounts are not charged at the time of purchase and are the responsibility of the recipient.

ADDRESSES AND INCIDENTS

Please check your address before confirming the order. If you made a mistake, or your delivery takes longer than expected, write to us at info@unodeuno.com with your order number and we will sort it out.
