You have 30 days from receiving your order to return it, with no explanation needed. Email info@unodeuno.com with your order number and we will send you the instructions within 48 hours.

The item must come back unused, with its tags and in its original packaging. Return shipping is at your expense, except for size exchanges, which are free.

IF THE PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED OR FAULTY

Email info@unodeuno.com the same day with your order number and photos of the damage. In this case you pay nothing: we arrange the collection, our Quality team inspects the piece at the factory and we let you know the outcome. You choose between a replacement or a refund.
